The Canberra Fertility Centre offers counselling to all patients. This includes some emotional support that patients may require from time to time during their fertility treatment. This service is provided at a fee of $100 per session. This service may however, be included in the fees of IVF treatment and no further payment required. The Canberra Fertility Centre also provides compulsory counselling for all gamete donors and recipients and for patients using the surrogacy program. The Canberra Fertility counsellor is Ms Kim Riding, who has been with the clinic for 16 years. Kim has extensive experience as a relationship counsellor and family therapist and is a member of ANZICA (Australian & New Zealand Infertility Counsellors Association).
